When it comes to baking, I mess it up about 90% of the time. I don’t know why I always feel the need to improvise when there’s a recipe to follow. But there’s one cake that always turns out well and is absolutely delicious.

These opening theme songs are so catchy. I love that every season got a own version of it. I also enjoy the titel design a lot. So I do recomend watching the intro.

Minou is my 16-year-old three-legged cat. She talks a lot and loves cuddling. And of course she is damn cute.

Madeleines are very small sponge cakes with a shell-like shape. Traditional recipes include very finely ground nuts, usually almonds and lemon zest for a pronounced lemony taste. Lemony taste is essential.
